| Description | The Lexington Farmers Market was established in 1975 as an Agricultural Cooperative. The Market comprises of over 60 local farmers and vendors who provides the best inorganic foods plus many specialty food items. All fresh and locally grown. Some items that are available at the market is: arugula, kohlrabi, a varitey of lettuces, greens, sweet corn, sweet peppers, broccoli, brussel sprouts, sqaush, strawberries, blackberries, peaches, plums, beef, chicken, pork, fresh herbs, heirlooms, tomatoes, pickles, preserves, maple syrups, cider, coffee, bread, and much much more.
