*Horrible customer service. They talk down to you on the phone and hang up on you if you had any problems with their service. The problem that I had was I booked them 9 months before my wedding. I did not know the time of my wedding and conveyed that to the lady who was taking my reservations. She said that they would have a tentative time and we could confirm before the wedding. When I called to make the next payment and confirm the time, they had made other reservations for the time I needed with no communication to let me know that they were considering doing this. They then would not refund my deposit, as they said it was my responsibility to confirm the time before a month before the date. After explaining that I was assured I had nothing to worry about with the times, they said that they shouldn't have told me that and there was nothing they could do. Then three days before the wedding they called to confirm my reservations, which I had cancelled. I proceeded to tell the gentleman what had happened and asked if they could refund my deposit as they had messed up. He said no and then I asked so they were just basically taking the money with no service and running. He laughed and said that he couldn't get very far with the deposit and then hung up.Male under 2509-17-08
