Don't Bother! | My boyfriend and I made reservations for Tensessee using VME. The prices were a little higher than if we would have book the hoten and pay for each attraction on our own. The package deal sounded good but it was a rip off.
We were traveling from 2 different states so I arrived at the hotel first. The receptionist told me she can not let me in the room although my name was in the reservation. She claimed it was a rule of VME not to let me in until my boyfriend arrived then we could have the keys for the room. The receptionist felt bad for me and told me to sit in the lobby and wait for my boyfriend to arrive. The receptionist did not leave until my boyfriend got there. She stayed with me out of cortesy and was not even getting pay for that since it was time for her to clock out 2 hours prior.
The costumer service at VME sucked big time, they say one thing and do unlikewise. I would not recomend it to anyone. 0 starts quality.

Don't Bother! | Vacations Made Easy are thieves and con artists. They charge way more than the going rate for things. They take your money, but don't secure your reservations, they don't refund for screwed up vacation plans when it is their error and they don't give refunds.
