*	Worst experience ever! Do NOT book your raft trip with WAO. Without any discussion, without my agreement, I was assigned to the "oar boat" along with a family of 4 from Iowa. The oar boat is propelled by an older man in a metal seat with oars mounted on the side of the raft. There were 2 paddles for the 5 of us, so the majority of the time we were merely passengers, not part of the crew. I was profoundly disappointed. After the journey I met with the owner, Tony Keenan, to express my disappointment. Immediately he became defensive and aggressive. He shouted over and over "you paid for a raft ride, you got a raft ride." He was rude, abusive, and more than a little scary.	Female between 26 and 55	07-18-09
