| Description | It's always Hispanic Heritage Month at Thalia Spanish Theatre, the only bilingual Hispanic theatre in the borough of Queens (New York City). For over 30 years we have produced award-winning productions of plays by Spanish and Hispanic authors, performed by bilingual casts on alternate days in English or in Spanish, cutting-edge World Premiere dance musicals, concerts of music by Spanish and Latin composers, and acclaimed productions of folkloric music and dance, including Colombian and Mexican music and dance, flamenco, and our famous TANGO musicals featuring 2007 Latin Grammy Winner Maestro Raul Jaurena. No knowledge of Spanish is necessary. Enjoy exhilirating, original productions in our intimate jewel-box theatre, where you're never more than eight rows from the stage! |
