DescriptionThe trail is a former CSX railway right-of-way that is currently under development as a hiking and biking trail. It will ultimately stretch 28 miles from southern Vinton County through Gallia County to Gallipolis. Featuring gentle grades through rolling farmland, short-stretches through small towns and over steel bridges, the trail currently has three completed sections surfaced with crushed limestone. A new right-of-way and intersection/crossing are under construction at the intersection of Ohio State Route 160 near US 35.

*****the bike trail is perfect for walking the dog, bike riding, jogging, or going on a walk spending time with family. It's paved, and surrounded by all the best things nature has. from the most beautiful flowers, to cute and cuddly squirrls. I take my son every chance we get. You have to take a minute, stop and check it out for your self!Female under 2505-24-09
