Description	This survival program is sponsored by The Little Nature Museum located at Gould Hill Orchards, Contoocook, NH. It takes place at the Museum on August 15th, rain or shine. There are two age groups: grades 2 - 4,( a parent and child must attend together; no charge for accompanying parent.)at 11 AM - 12:30 PM. For grades 5-7, the program is 1:30 to 4PM. Cost is: $7, museum members and $10 nonmembers including a take-home survival pack. Preregistration is required by calling 603-746-6121). Enrollment is limited. The program is taught by Rudy Bourget who is currently certified in Wilderness First Aid, has studied primitive outdoor and wilderness survival skills for over 40 yrs., and has been very active in Boy and Cub Scout leadership and training for nearly 20 years. Rudy has been a volunteer EMT on the Weare Rescue Squad and has been a volunteer First Aid Instructor for the Manchester Chapter of the American Red Cross. He has also assisted the NH Fish and Game Dept.'s Hunter Safety program for six years teaching Survival and First Aid.
