Excellent!	---RESPONSE TO COMPLAINT---We took this complaint very seriously. We spoke with staff, other customers that were having a party at the same time and found that the complaint was exaggerated. Mrs. G had her room ready and was setup by her host on time. She then decided that she wanted to wait for another color room to open up (her choice). Out staff explained that it would be at least another 30 minutes which she agreed to. There was another party in the room who still had time left. Mrs. G. then rushed the other party from the room so she could have the room. When our staff intervened everything began to go downhill. Mrs. G. sent her host away several times during the course of her party. This is the version given to me by my manager and verified by the party who was rushed out and video surveillance. When she first contacted us we were outraged at her description and agreed to look into. Once we did we called her back at which time she informed us she wanted her money back and 10 free passes, when we did not agree to this she became outraged and began posting reviews like this one. It is to the party that was rushed we fell we owe our apologies and made retribution to.	Middle age male	04-26-09
Don't Bother!	DO NOT go to this place. i had a party for my daughter there on Sept. 6th, 2008. And i did not get anything I paid for but a room. I could've saved so much money( and a headache) by just going to Chuck E. Cheese. I was suppose to get a host who was suppose to host the party but after she bought the gifts up to the party room she was no where to be found. I had to serve pizza, pour drinks, and gather the 10+ kids by MYSELF. That's what I paid them money to do. When i called an complained to the owners they acted concerned, but now it is over a month from the date of my complaint and they have still not fully resolved my complaint.The owners are not helpful and basically told me that my complaint ment nothing to them. i will not go there EVER AGAIN, and I beg you not to go also!!! Save your child's birthday party and go somewhere else!!!	Middle age female	09-26-08
