| * | They ruined my wife's birthday with a promised horseback ride through Sedona's majestic Red Rock Country. They sent us to a small ranch forty five minutes away form Sedona in the middle of depressing scrub brush country. They lie about what they offer, they lie about what you have to do get to where you're going, and they're people are exceptionally rude and ignorant of their own policies. I'm still fighting to get this removed from my credit card by my card company, as their promises to get me a refund were never honored. If you like flushing your money down the toilet for something totally different than what is advertised, please book with them. | Male between 26 and 55 | 11-26-07 |
