DescriptionNature's Kennel offers both drive your own dog team overnight adventures and half-day drive your own team mini-drives. Our overnight trips are geared for beginners and include mushing instruction, your own dog team, camping in a heated tent, and the opportunity to experience the magic and beauty of winter. For those looking for a shorter day trip, we also offer 1/2 day trips and rides. Nature's Kennel is owned and operated by 4-time Iditarod finisher Ed Stielstra, and his wife, Tasha. Nature's Kennel is home to over 70 Alaskan Huskies who are well known not only for their outstanding athletic abiities, but also for their wonderful personalities. Experiencing the silence of winter from the back of a dog sled is an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experience.

*****We took the 2-day tour with Joe and Bouie - what an awesome adventure! The whole crew is fabulous, and the dogs are outstanding. We had the greatest time, and would recommend this to anyone who wants an adventure you'll never forget! Ed, Tasha and the entire guide staff have the best world ever, and are living their dream (and ours too). We highly recommend them to anyone who loves winter, dogs, and great people.Middle age couple02-08-08
