**The hotel walls are paper thin. The neighbors were up til 3 and we had to call the front desk to get them to lower there voices. We reserved a room for my husbands birthday and they stuck us so far away from the lobby we had to drive get to our room and when we got there are view was a empty childs pool. Checking in took forever because the young lady checking people in was busy talking about nonsense with the people she was checking in. There were atleast 8-10 people waiting to be checked in and she just kept yammering away. No tub only a stand up shower. Resturants are not very good-Would recommend that you stay somewhere in Geneva.Female between 26 and 5503-13-09
*AVANI SPA = WORST spa service ever!! DO NOT GO!!! My husband and I booked the private sanctuary spa suite and they double booked us. Since our romantic night was ruined and we rushed to get up there from Chicago for no reason, they offered us free massages the next morning as an apologetic gesture. We accepted, the massages were HORRIBLE, and then to top it off, they charge us $212.50 for the massages after going into detail of how sorry they were and how they would like to offer us massages on the house!! My husband and I walked out of the massages laughing at how awful they were, but were like whatever they ruined the experience yesterday at least we didn’t have to pay for that! Oh but we did! What a joke this place is….what a joke….horrible services and worst of all TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!Female between 26 and 5507-01-09
