| ** | The hotel has a very nice modern touch, and a beautiful look to it. The rooms are set up very nicely as well. The service isn't so great. Me and my co-workers were told we would have a room with 2 beds and a sofa bed. We were put in a room with just 2 beds. The first day, they were behind on the breakfast, and we just decided to go to Waffle House across the street after waiting almost an hour for them to get set up. Later that day, one of my co-workers did eat breakfast there, and was served sour milk. Later that day our keys stopped working to the room. We had them replaced. The next day at breakfast, I ordered a BLT and got a bacon, turkey and cheese sandwich. The workers were very happy to exchange it for the right thing, and every time something went wrong, they were very eager to fix it. The jacuzzi has too much chlorine, it burns the eyes. The pool is shallow, but very nice, and a nice temperature. Very nice pool room, except the burning of the eyes from the chlorine. Very good food. It just seems like everyone is very young, and doesn't pay attention to the customer on the first go round as much as someone who has been in the business for a longer time. The front desk workers are some of the friendliest people I've seen. Always with a smile, and always having something positive to say.
