| ***** | wonderful amenities, spotless facilities, and sincere service made my stay a great one. the staff genuinely cared about my every need, making my stay smooth and carefree. at check-in, the woman at the front desk, kayla, seemed rude and gave me the "um...hello..." look. when i got to my room, everything was wonderful. it didn't even smell like a hotel! breakfast was wonderful and so was the crew. upon check-out, however, kayla was, again, impatient when asked for directions. in all, thank you, courtyard, for the most enjoyable business trip i have ever seen. | Male under 25 | 07-10-08 |
