*Website is deceptive. You are not booking a hotel room with a hotel but a condo room with an agency. If you book with Jet Luxury you will have no room service as the hotel management is not affiliated with Jet Luxury. Also there is no maid cleaning service. I was not able to receive a receipt for room charges upon checking out. The hotel has NOTHING TO DO WITH JET LUXURY. There are also extra charges you will not see easily until you have already booked. There is a check in fee of $25. They will not meet you at the hotel and your reservation number will not match the hotel. There is an exit cleaning fee of $75 but they will not clean or change towels on a daily basis. There is a daily resort fee of $10 per day. This is an outrage and a rip off. Stay away from Jet Luxury. Find the hotel website and book with Alamoana.com. The hotel people were great. Their last rate was $139 per night plus tax and no extras.Male older than 5501-12-09
*****We stayed at the Ala Moana through jet luxury in December, just before Christmas and overall the experience was very positive. The hotel is nice but the best part about it was our room. We had an ocean view, lots of space and it was very clean. Twice we needed extra towels, we called the 800 number and jet luxury promptly delivered them. When we arrived, we had jet mints on our pillows. Overall, a great deal with very attentive service. Male between 26 and 5501-22-09
