*The good is that this is a nice hotel. So why the bad review? (May 22nd, 2008) Upon my arrival I could not get into valet parking. I am not above walking a little bit. I decided to park in the self park garage owned by the hotel. (May 23rd, 2008) The next morning when I got to my car, a 300 with 6100 miles at the time, the passenger side mirror was broken and the door crushed. That is not the insult! When I reported it to hotel security I did not get an "I am sorry," nor a "We will take care of it," and not even a "drop dead it is not my problem." The security guard just stood there! The idiot did not even take my name or write down my license plate number. He proudly displayed his not giving a crap. Not only will I never stay at this hotel again, I will do my best to let everyone I know not to stay at any of the Sam's hotels across the country.Male between 26 and 5505-25-08
