| **** | This is a bargain hotel. For a bargain hotel, I'm giving it 5 stars. It is a good 2 star hotel as total hotel ratings go, in my opinion. I went here as a last resort, but will probably always stay here when I return to Shreveport. The continental breakfast is not great, but it works. Staff is very friendly. Their shuttle will take you to all the Casinos, and driver has some tips on where to go. I like the place! | Female older than 55 | 04-04-09 |

| * | This was the worst hotel ever! Stained tolets, mold in vents and bathroom, door had holds in it where the old locks were,walls had stains and brown stuf on them, etc. We left early and took pictures and made a complaint to Expedia. This was a 10 dollar hotel room. I will send you the pictures of this room. We left early and didn't even go to the bathroom. | Middle age couple | 05-17-09 |
