| ***** | It was our anniversary and thought we'd splurge. We couldn't afford Sedona, so decided to stay close-by in Cottonwood. It was a pleasant surprise to find a 3-Star Hotel with "Resort" quality! This Hotel is the best! We booked a Rose Garden Casita, the pictures on the web were not exaggerated with flatscreen TV, coffee bar, & private patio. Quiet & roomy. And, best of all, we were surprised when we opened our room to feel cool/AC, a welcome relief from the 90+ degrees outside & appreciated the thoughtfulness of the Hotel to think of that for a guest so we didn't have to wait 15-20 minutes for the room to cooldown! AND on the table was a bottle of wine to help us celebrate our 35th! The room had a warm, inviting setting. Everyone was great! What memories we have of this anniversary! | **** | Delightful experience! Staff extremely accomodating. Finding bacon and eggs with the free breakfast was an unexpected surprise. I've stayed at Best Western Cottonwood Inn in prior years, and know them to be best in town, but was very surprised to see all the extraordinary updates in the guest rooms as well as the beautiful lobby and breakfast room.
