Serving delicious Breakfasts from 7:30 AM, Lunch to 5:00 and Dinner to 10:00 PM. Ken’s Creekside Restaurant features casual fine dining at its best with gourmet cuisine, exquisite ambiance, which includes a full service bar, fine wines, spirits, and famous locally brewed beers. Ken’s Creekside Restaurant, Sedona, is situated on Oak Creek and has one of the most beautiful Red Rock views in Sedona, Arizona to be enjoyed both inside the restaurant and out on the two Red Rock view patios. Also featured at Ken's Creekside is the "Gypsy Lounge" with specialty cocktails, delicious Tapas Menu and live entertainment from Thursday evening through Sunday. Owner Deborah Leatherwood is your cordial hostess and the creator of the delightful symphony for the senses that is Rene at Tlaquepaque. Deborah draws on her vast experience in this very building, starting years ago as a food server here at Rene and working her way through the ranks to management and finally to ownership, to create a truly unique dining experience. Her goal is to provide locals and visitors alike with a wonderful ambiance, attentive and pleasant service, and of course, outstanding food. Deborah believes there are four ingredients necessary to create a dining experience that is truly memorable FOOD, WINE, ART & MUSIC.
FOOD - "Over the years, food fads have come and gone but the classic, time-tested and carefully-prepared dishes continue to flourish and always provide a fulfilling experience." The menu at Rene is a delightful blend of Continental Cuisine coupled with a hint of a classic French influence introduced some twenty-five years ago by original owner/chef Rene Baudat. Colorado Rack of Lamb, attentively carved at your tableside and Tenderloin of Venison with a whisky juniper berry sauce are outstanding notables but the menu also spotlights some very interesting vegetarian choices. Follow your incredible meal with a romantic flambe dessert and you will agree that the Rene experience is one not to miss, and an event you won't soon forget.
WINE - "Good wine paired with good food and shared by good friends can lead only to great times and sweet memories." The wine list at Rene is quite expansive and you will find many different selections that will favor every palette and compliment any meal. Every bottle in the cellar has been hand-picked from the major wine producing areas of France, Italy, Germany and California, all with vintages and varietals that will enhance your dining pleasure. Rene also fosters the burgeoning local wineries in offering wine produced along the banks of Northern Arizona's Oak Creek. The wine industry's paragon publication "The Wine Spectator" has awarded the Rene wine list the prestigious Award of Excellence every year since 2003.
ART - "Great art surrounds us with a warm embrace and like great food, must be shared to bring out it's true greatness and beauty." The walls of Rene are graciously adorned with original works and Giclees by some of the most innovative and talented artists of the twenty-first century. You will find the works of Jeffery M. Neilson, Rafe Terry, Max Hammond and Mark C. Weber hanging over every table and by special arrangement, these artists are making their works available through Rene.
